About

Elevate your play and strengthen your skills at the Episcopal Girls Lacrosse Camp! Directed by Episcopal Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach, current Team USA Gold-Medalist and All-World player Ingrid Boyum, this camp is designed to elevate individual ability and improve gameplay. This program is from July 13th – July 16th; 9 am to 4 pm. Each day, campers should bring their lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard, water bottle, and goalie equipment (if necessary).

By working with current and former Episcopal players, NCAA student-athletes, and elite coaches, campers will hone position-specific skills while training on Episcopal’s world-class athletic facilities. With a focus on stickwork, training will also include shooting, defensive footwork, draws, and goalie-specific instruction. Players will apply their training in small-sided games, scrimmages, and competitions.

All skill levels are welcome. Players will be grouped by age and years of experience. Join us this summer to learn from a World Champion, and develop the skills and confidence  to take your game to the next level!

“Camp is not just a place; it’s an opportunity to find yourself in a non-graded, pressure-free, and welcoming environment. It’s where friendships develop, confidence grows, and memories that last a lifetime are created.”
