Founders Circle Details

*The Summer Camp at Episcopal requires a non-refundable deposit per session upon registration. This deposit will be applied towards your camp fees. Cancellations prior to June 1st are subject to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after June 1st are provided credit towards future programs at The Summer Camp at Episcopal.

**We know life happens, and campers may have to miss due to illness, family weddings, or other reasons. If a camper registered for The Day Camp needs to miss a day, we will credit you one day for next summer at no charge. Campers are eligible for one sick day credit per week registered (max 1 day per week). In order to receive the credit, parents must notify us on or before 9:00 AM on the day they will be absent.

***Founders Circle members are eligible for our buy seven weeks for one camper and receive their eighth week free. The seven weeks must be for our Day Camp Program and for the same unique camper. We are unable to combine siblings to reach the seven weeks for one free week.
