Founders Circle Details

*The Summer Camp at Episcopal requires a $50 non-refundable deposit per weekly session upon registration. This deposit can be applied towards camp fees. Cancellations prior to June 1st are subject to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after June 1st are provided credit towards future programs at The Summer Camp at Episcopal.

**We know life happens, and campers may have to miss due to illness, family weddings, or other reasons. At The Summer Camp at Episcopal, if you miss a day, we credit you one day for next summer at no charge. Campers are eligible for one sick day credit per session registered. In order to receive the credit, parents must notify us on or before 9:00 AM on the day they will be absent.

***Founders Circle members are eligible for our buy seven sessions for one camper and receive their eighth session free. The seven sessions must be for our Day Camp Program and for the same unique camper. We are unable to combine siblings to reach the seven sessions for one free session.
